1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of www.gestexpert.com and the legal advisory services provided by Gestexpert.

2. Services

Gestexpert provides legal advice in employment, commercial, tax, family and immigration law. Consultations take place online or in person, as agreed.

3. How you hire the service

You request a consultation through the website form. After payment you receive confirmation by email. The price covers the initial advice of a specialist lawyer.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the request form according to the category you choose. Payment is made securely through Stripe. Prices do not include VAT unless stated.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel the consultation within 24 hours of the request, as long as the lawyer has not started work on the case. To request a refund, write to asesoria@gestexpert.com.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to Gestexpert or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law.

7. Limitation of liability

Gestexpert is not liable for damage caused by misuse of the service or by incorrect information provided by the user.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction over any dispute.
